Please also send a current head shot (head and shoulders) and a full length image facing camera.
Photos need to be in colour, clear and in focus, eyes to camera, no sunglasses, no hats, no friends in the photo please.
- Please take headshots in portrait (not landscape), light source on your face with no window behind you as this reduces ability to see you clearly. Photo size should be between 500kb and 1mb. Very small images which do not show you clearly will mean we cannot assess your application. No photos cropped from social media shots please, take a photo especially for us!

Visits to the agency are by appointment only, however we will be pleased to arrange an appointment or zoom meeting following assessment of your email application. If you wish to arrange a phone call to discuss your personal circumstances, just let us know in the email and we'll schedule a time to call you.
We will attend to your email enquiry as quickly as possible, however, due to our heavy workload, we prioritise servicing our existing clients. We do attempt to get back to all enquiries but apologise that time constraints mean that this cannot always be achieved.
